This may come to anyone’s mind that a person who leads hundreds of people never needs anybody’s advice. Why would someone in a leadership position need anyone’s advice?
But in reality, leadership is about learning and teaching. A good leader is always a good student and a good teacher as well.
If we look at the greatest minds of history, the people who have brought a significant change in society, we will find that most of them had a spiritual guru, a life coach, or a mentor. Call it whatever you want, but every great leader of the past had someone who groomed them. Isn’t it?
One may also argue that many people without a guru have achieved success. Yes, one may find some people who do not have a guru.
I am a Life Coach in India and have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, ages, and genders. One may think that because I am a life coach, I will favor of having a coach. But to be honest, it is not about having a guru, but it is about learning.
As a life coach and also as a student of life, one thing I have learned is that life is all about change. We constantly go through different experiences of life. We always have a choice of learning or suffering.
The essential thing is to learn and grow. One can do it with the help of coach or without. The only difference is if one has a good life coach and one is a good student, then growth becomes faster, life becomes smooth.
How Can I Grow Without A Life Coach?

Whether you work with a life coach or without, the essential thing is to have a learning mindset. You have to understand two thing:
- Where you are
and
- Where you want to be

What Will Be The Difference Between Working Alone & Working With A Life Coach?
Well, first thing is that, you will have to work all your life. You are alone and yet you have the entire existence with you and within you.
Working with a life coach is just a phase. It may be for couple of months or couple of years.
But this phase is transformatory phase. When you are going on a ship from India, to North America, a 5 degree change in the trajectory can land you to South America.
Same is with Life Coaching. If you work with a life coach when the time is right, you can go from south to north.
Working with a life coach sets you in a new direction. It empowers you for your life.
